Corresponding Matrixes

As a matrix-based algorithm, you can check nearly all the matrixes used and other intermediate variables  in this package  by entering the name list as follows,
  • PowerTable --- display the power table of the saturated model. We use three red rectangles to indicate three source trees.

  • SubTable --- display modified power table for the hypothesis in Sub Model;
  • RelationshipTable ---display the equal ralationship between each nodes according to Original Model;

  • FMatrix --- display the the category data according to Data Sets;

  • TreeRoot --- display  each node IDs of tree root nodes;

  • TheEqualIDs --- display  the equaled node ID;

  • EqualedName --- display  the equaled category name;

  • Categories --- display store all the categories' ID;

  • Parameter --- display all the parameters in the model;

  • ParameterParents --- display the parent ID of each nodes;

  • GroupTable --- display the group relation between parameters.
